From Food Truck to Regina's Premier Vegetarian Indian Destination
Spicy Nation's story is one of passion, persistence, and a deep love for authentic Indian flavors. What began as a beloved food truck operating opposite Victoria Square Shopping Mall in Regina quickly captured the hearts and taste buds of the local community.
The overwhelmingly positive response to the food truck, which regularly sold out and attracted lineups across Regina's neighbourhoods, inspired the owners to take the next bold step. After months of careful preparation, the food truck evolved into a full-service restaurant at 826 Victoria Ave, a permanent home where the team could serve more guests, expand the menu, and fully express their culinary vision.
The restaurant is a celebration of Indian culinary heritage, from sizzling tandoori bites and street-style chaats to rich, slow-cooked main course curries and Indo-Chinese Desi fusion dishes. Every dish is crafted with the freshest ingredients, infused with authentic spices, and made to order, reflecting the restaurant's commitment to quality and genuine taste.
